A high quality Makeup and Beauty Service pioneered by Maree, a Beauty Therapist from South Wales, who, after owning a Beauty Salon, went on to begin providing beauty services for friends' and family weddings, parties and proms.
Bookings for these kinds of events increased to such an extent that Special Day Beauty was created.
It was only intended at first as a base for contact details and price guides, but eventually evolved into a fully fledged website incorporating: a full list of treatments available, descriptions of procedures, tips and ideas, fees, advice and special packages.
Through being part of many weddings and events, alliances and contacts were also made with associated trade professionals - such as wedding and events co-ordinators, jewellery designers, caterers, floral display artists, stationery designers and cosmetic company stockists.
