I hope you will include this letter on your website, to let others know how fantastic I found your wedding package... As anyone planning a wedding will know, there are so many things to arrange, (and of course every bride wants the 'perfect day') that it is all too easy to let an important detail like your make-up for the day slip your mind. Which is exactly what i had done, until about six weeks before the wedding it hadn't even entered my head who was going to do make-up for myself and my four bridesmaids !!
I was in a total panic, ringing around, convinced I wouldn't find anyone able to fit me in at such short notice, and then a friend suggested i rung you, as you did her nails. Well I have to say you were a total godsend, your professional and caring attitude completely put my mind at rest, and the fact that you knew exactly what colours and styles suited each of the girls meant i didn't have to worry about a thing, especially as two of my bridesmaids were teenagers, who until you came along had their own very 'individual' ideas of how to do their make-up!
The trials and the day before the wedding when you did all our nails were fabulous, you put us all at ease, and made us all look gorgeous, but that was nothing compared to the morning of the wedding, when I have to say I was in total awe at how you kept your cool and total professionalism while all around you was complete chaos!
Thank you again for making me look beautiful on my special day, and look forward to seeing you work your magic again for my daughter next month on her prom day.
